Rava Kesari
Ingredients:
Rava : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 1/2 cup or 1 1/4 cup
Water : 2 & 1/2 cup
Ghee : 1/8 cup or as per taste
Kesari Colour : Little
Cardamom (Elakai) Powder and Cashew Nuts : Little
Method:
Fry Rava well in ghee.
Add boiling water, colour in fried rava and cook well.
Add sugar, bring to boiling stage & cook for sometime in low flame.
Finally add elakai powder & fried cashew nuts.
