Ingredients:
Idly Rice (Parboiled Rice) : 1 cup.
Urad Dhal : 1/3 cup
Curd : 1/3 cup
Salt : per taste
Method:
Wash and Soak Rice in 3 cups of water for about 20 minutes.
Fry urad dhal till dark golden colour (till aroma comes)
Add this fried urad into the rice and water and keep it aside for about 10 minutes. Add salt per taste
Pressure cook the above for 2 whistle and given standing time of 10 minutes.
Mash the overcooked mixture with enough boiling water (about 2 cups)
Add 1/3 cup of curd and mix thoroughly.
Serve pipeline hot
