Ingredients:
1. Corn Flour – ½ cup
2. Rice Flour – 1 tbsp.
3. Chili Powder – 1 tbsp.
4. Garam Masala – ½tbsp
Method:
1. Cut cauliflower into small florets.
2. Mix rice flour, chili powder and garam masala with enough salt and water. The batter should be like bajji mix (not too thick nor too thin).
3. Add cut cauliflower in the batter and mix well
4. Heat oil and dip the cauliflower mix and fry well till it becomes golden colour
