Rava & Wheat Dosa
Ingredients:
Rava : 1 cup
Rice flour : 1 cup
Maida : 1/2 to 3/4 cup ( plain flour )
Salt : 1 tsp
Mustard : 1/2 tsp
Jeera : 1 tsp
Red chilli : 1
Green chilli : 1 to 2 chopped
Onion - 1 chopped
Ginger : 1/2 inch grated
Curry leaves : Few
Coriander leaves chopped
Method:
Mix rava, maida, rice flour, salt with water. (like idly batter) Soak this for 4 - 6 hrs. Season with mustard, red chilli, jeera, curry leaves, Onion, Green chilli & add to batter. Add coriander leaves & grated ginger without frying to batter. Add enough water to fry dosai.
After seasoning, if u have old idly batter, you can add it 1 big scoop of idly batter with this rava batter.
Wheat dosa
Similar to Rava Dosa, except following:
Instead of Rava add Wheat flour - 2 cup
Instead of 1 cup add 2 cups of Rice flour
tsp - Tea Spoon.
