Semiya(Semolina) Gheer
Ingredients:
Semolina : 1 cup.
Sugar : 2 to 3 cup as per taste.
Water : 3 to 4 cup.
Milk : 1 cup.
Caradamom Powder and Cashewnuts : little
Ghee : little
Saffron : a pinch (optional)
Method:
Boil water,add semiya cook till it turns transparent.
Add sugar, bring to boil and add milk, caradamam powder ,fried cashews nuts in ghee and saffron.
For javvarisi(sago) gheer(payasam) omit semiya and add javvarisi and do the same procedure
