Sukku Coffee (Ginger Coffee)
Ingredients:
Sukku coffee powder – 11/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Milk – 50 or 100 ml
Water – 300 ml
Method:
Add Sukku coffee power and sugar in 300 ml water. Heat and bring it boiling. Keep in boiling condition for 20 seconds.
Filter to remove the powder and enjoy the extracted water.
Depending on Taste you can add:
1. 50 or 100ml milk
2. Instead of sugar, Jaggery (2tbsp) can be added.
Making Sukku Coffee Power:
Ingredients:
Dry Ginger (Powder) – 100 ml
Coriander Seeds – 100 ml
Cardamom – 20 numbers
Add above in a mixer and grind it into powder.
