Urid (Ulundu) Vadai

Ingredients:
Urid (ulundu) - 1 cup soak for 2 hrs
Raw rice - 1 spn
Green chilli - 1 or 2 chopped
Ginger - 1/2 or 1 spn grated
Onion (Optional) - 1
Method:
Grind ulundu in grinder to fine thick paste.
Add little water while grinding, and rotate the paste frequently
Finally add salt & the dough must be like a ball.
Add ginger, chilli, chopped onion, chopped coriander & curry leaves, & fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or idlly sambar.
